Starter is free forever for up to 10 employees. Professional is a paid plan from £2.25/month after a 14-day free trial — even for small teams.
UK working-time checks and live labour-cost estimates are included in both plans. Upgrade for Professional extras — not to unlock the basic checks or costing.

Professional is not free under 10 employees — the minimum service fee still applies.

Running several sites?
Keep one account per site and link them into a group for one bill. Starter is free for up to 10 employees per account; every Professional account has its own minimum service fee covering its first 10 employees.
- Every site keeps its own staff, rotas, settings and logins.
- Only billing is shared: one card, one invoice, one renewal date.
- Each Professional site pays a minimum service fee, plus charges for employees beyond its first 10.
- Example: each Professional site starts at £2.25/month after its trial, even with fewer than 10 staff. Additional employees are £2.25/month each beyond 10.
Set it up in Account settings → Group Billing once your sites have signed up. Works for any business type — hospitality, retail, care, leisure and more.
